Jyotveer Singh Gill is the Associate Director of Education Technology and Web Development at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is a practising Sikh who has been involved in interfaith engagement for over 20 years as a volunteer at Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha (GNNSJ). Jyotveer has participated in numerous peacebuilding initiatives, including the launch of the International ‘Peace Charter for Forgiveness and Reconciliation‘ at the third Peace Forum, and the House of Lords at the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The Peace Charter was initiated by Bhai Sahib Ji, Professor Mohinder Singh Ahluwalia, OBE, KSG. Since its conception, it has been globally co-created with endorsement from over 100 world religious leaders and humanitarians, reaching as far as the UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Pope Francis, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, HE Uhuru Kenyatta – President of Kenya (2013-2022), Lady Theresa May – Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (2016-2019), and Sant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji.
Jyotveer is a technology leader. He has a keen interest in AI ethics and bringing the ancient values and wisdom rooted in the religious traditions of the world, to the development of ethical AI and related technologies. He is the visionary behind Anon Care, a pioneering health tech network guided by principles of faith and compassion. Through this platform, he has connected diverse communities across the world to practice the values of their respective traditions, and actively take care of one another.
In July 2024, Jyotveer received the UK’s top 100 Asian Technology Stars Award as a Founder of ‘OpenEQ’, the world’s first no-code ethical prompt library.
